Brief description

Noodles came pretty fast, prawns were big and fresh, sotong was chewy and tasty.
however, it wasnt wet enough. It borders a little on the dry side. Almost like fried noodles and beehoon together. Another factor is they use thin beehoon. I guess personal preference is the bigger beehoon that is used in laksa kind.
Having said this it is still very palatable and the chili is GOOD. Spicy enough.
O one BIG PLUS, its not oily unless some of the other prawn noodles. Did not see cubes of fried pork's oil in the dish.
