No 1 Bakery is in jurong east hdb area, near the market area. The bright sign and clean interior atttracted me from far.
This is not the usual bakery shop in singapore, the management behind them are a group of young, warm and passionate pastry chefs from malaysia. And most of the baking techniques and even some ingredients are acquired from taiwan.
No. 1 Bakery is famous for their moouse cakes, which has mango, chocolate and oreo cream favours. The portion is generous and 100% handmade, which is not usually found in other cake shop.
